We have a seven days return and refund policy. If the product sent is defected, broken, or incorrect, you can return it within the given time. Please note that no request will be entertained after the given time.
All the items or products that you want to return must be in their original condition; if they are used, the seal is broken, tags are not attached, washed, or anything else, they will not be returned as all the items are reviews and rechecked to ensure that they are in their original condition.

When will I get my refund?
Store credit card: After the quality check, you will get the refund within 1-2 business days.
Credit card reversal: After the quality check, you will get the refund within 1-3 business days.
Bank deposit: After the quality check, you will get the refund within 7-12 business days.
Which products cannot be returned?
Innerwears, swimwear, skin and hair care products, perfumes and deodorants, grocery items, and all items that are on sale cannot be returned.
How would I know if my return request is approved or not?
If your return request is not approved, our representative will contact you to tell you the reason. You will get your product back without any kind of charge.
