What to check on pre-owned heels
On a heel, almost everything that wears is replaceable. The tip at the bottom of the heel takes all the impact and grinds down first, and any cobbler replaces it inexpensively, so a worn tip should not put you off a pair you like.
What is not replaceable is a heel that has loosened where it joins the sole, or an upper that has stretched out of shape around the topline so the shoe no longer holds the foot. Check the inside of the heel cup for wear through the lining.
Condition, explained
Four grades, no overlap between the bands:
- Excellent — 80–89%, 1 pair

Which size to order
Availability is thickest at EU 42. Use the conversion tool for EU, UK, PK, USA and foot length in centimetres, and if you are trying a label you have not worn before, check which run large and which run small first.
Payment and returns
Pay when it reaches you, anywhere in the country. Dispatch is three to five working days after the order is processed, and the return window is 7 days. Should a pair prove inauthentic or arrive damaged, you get every rupee back and we absorb the shipping.
